The stylist was very shaky almost like a withdraw from alcohol shake. Wasn’t confident in her ability to cut hair. She cut my youngest son’s hair half way up the back of his head when shaping it up. Was scared to cut a hard line in my oldest sons hair. Still had to pay 45.00 for 2 bad hair cuts. Pitiful.
I went in to get my hair cut and highlighted the woman that cut it I’m not sure what her name was but she was a younger girl with long red hair and she completely chopped my hair up I wanted it a little below my shoulder and told her I needed to be able to put it up in a pony tail for work and she cut it too short to where I can’t get it up and there is a piece of hair that was cut way short by my ear then when she highlighted it it’s 3 different colors and she didn’t get my roots at all it’s like an inch below. My daughter had her hair colored there.... went back and asked them to fix sections that didn’t take the color very well. They fixed it, but weren’t very nice to her about it... for example: turning the water to extremely hot to rinse, then to freezing cold. My daughter had paid over $100 for the service so if it wasn’t done right, it should have been fixed and they should have apologized for the botched job rather than being sarcastic and hateful, as well as passive aggressive with the water temperature. RecommendedI have gone to this salon the past 2 times I have gotten my hair cut. I like the idea that I can walk in and get a good cut. I have liked the last few cuts that I have gotten but I have an issue with the cost. I wash my hair before going and they trim it dry which I do not have s problem with BUT they charge me $29 which is the cost for a shampoo and cut. Why can’t they have a lower price for just a dry trim??!!
Normally I wouldn’t complain but for the price of the haircut I expected it to be done right, Went there to get my 6yr old sons haircut the lady was acting like she had no clue what we were wanting done..paid $21 plus tip.... got home and after a shower and the style wasn’t fixed anymore we seen a patch that she had missed in the very front, and I had to take clippers to fix that, then yesterday I seen more forgotten spots behind his ears... for a $21 haircut I expected more
My husband was charged $29 for a trim
This wasn’t what I explained the I wanted at all. I’m not trying to be mean, but please make sure your workers have experience and don’t do this to people. I’ve called and gotten my money back
My mama went here about a week ago. Her hair looked best it has in years. I went here today to help fix my hair I had severely fried from an at home bleaching. I was afraid I was going to have to shave my head. The girl that worked on me not only made my hair feel like silk when she was done, but she gave me the cutest cut that I am totally in love with!
