my Father was at Greenbank on respite with the intention of going full care , 6 days before his respite ended I got a phone call saying that they could not take him on full time. leaving me with no time to find him a new Nursing home. I also asked for forms to be filled in and information on his care requirements for new nursing home which Green bank Regis refused to provide. only good thing is the poor staff on the ground who work hard but have no support for management.
My father is at Greenbank and I find the lack of cleanliness is sad, place always smells of urine. Father don't like fish or chicken and he still has it served to him???????, they have been told a.number of times of this. I think the menu is lacking variety and this is probably due to a standard order and budget. If things don't change a breach of contract may occur. I personally think prisons have better food voice.
