don't go to raylyn. I've been using regis for several years now, always seem to get a different stylist, some are better than others but I'm pretty low maintenance all in all. the last one I had there was my favorite and the stylist (I don't recall her name) said she would put notes in the computer for me. however, last night was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life and this includes when i was a child a got a hold of a pair of scissors and did it myself. the hack job done to the back of my head is atrocious and there'... read more
UPDATE: After my review the manager reached out offering to fix my hair (I had already gone to a new salon for this) or refund the cut. This was an example of the customer service that I was previously used to from this salon. So, though my experience there is still valid, they definitely took note to correct it. I scheduled an appointment with Ray Lin. I had gone the previous week for a consult. I give her work 5 stars
Do not get perms here. My hair is fried, and the curl was gone after a week. I went back a week after my appointment and decided not to get it redone, in fear they would f up my hair.... they didn’t offer a refund. I’ll never go back to this salon. The lady who did my hair was sweet though.
nice and friendly people. was easy to work with to get what I wanted done. and willing to give any feed back if you are unsure on what you want done

My daughter has loved her last two styles for ball and prom. We’ve always gone to Regis once or twice a year for cuts, but these fancy hairstyles are a new thing for us. Thank you for getting her in last minute both times and doing such a great job!
