Ms. Shayla B is the best banking manager I’ve ever met. Never have I met someone who truly care about their customers especially in the banking world. She doesn’t care about your credit score or how much money you have in the bank she makes you feel valued and appreciated. She is so nice and accommodating to everyone she serves. I'm a new small business owner and my decision to go to Regions was the best decision I could have ever made. Mrs.Shayla was so warm, inviting ,friendly and professional. She is one of the best bank representatives I have ever encountered . She is knowledgeable and patient . She was so patient, respectful and kind to me . I had a issue with my account. I was unable to open my account. I visited Regions bank in Huffman and Maurice was able to resolve my issue very professional.
Today they get a five star rating. While always helpful, on this day, Laura Diaz was the one who got me from a frazzled mess when I arrived to a relieved, smiling customer when I left. Thank you Laura Diaz!!!
