Every time I use the drive thru, it is a minimum of 30 minutes to process a transaction. For example, today (which I understand is the 3rd of the month and busy) I was the 4th car in line in the 1st lane. 43 minutes later, I finally made it to the window and was told it would be a few more minutes.
