I've been waiting now on hold without talking to a single person for 2hrs and 51 minutes to have my card turned back on after I made a purchase. I received an email saying the purchase I made was suspicious and that my card is now blocked and to call 1855******* (BBB wont let me put the phone number) to talk to them before I will have access to MY funds. Where do I even begin.. Well we started our home loan process beginning of April with a loan officer by the name of Deborah. We got approved and we were turning in all necessary documents. There were several times I had to resend documents because Debbie said she had lost them. There are also a few times that he got me confused with other customers. I asked EnerBank 6 times for a payoff amount to pay my loan off. They refuse to send me an email or the amount in a letter. Only through call. They also refuse to show any past payment in email or online like normal loans/banks. This company is shady and would never recommend business with them . I have asked them to contact me through their online service for 3 months an no one has reached out. STAY AWAY!!!
