I would give regions bank a negative 10 rating if they weren't so shady that they prevent reviews from being written on Google...They are in lawsuits for several issues, and now they're applying HOLDS on deposits, so they can use the money for their legal battles.They claim its for fraud prevention, yet they're committing fraud by holding customers money for extended lengths of time.I personally recommend that everyone stay clear of regions bank, especially those from middle and lower level income levels. So just found out Regions charges $3 just to do a balance inquiry at an ***!! No notice given - no disclosure at the *** that a fee would be charged. Then when I asked about it through customer service they were rude and unhelpful. I get it, it's $3, but I bet that's just the beginning!!

I have file an acidified at my local Regions office: Since 2019 they have given me the run around. Unfortunately, My father dead on Oct. 24, 2019 and a person not listed on his account stole his identity and was able to long on to his account to move over a little more than $9,000. I bought the bank the evidence they continue to place this issues under the rug.

I'm very unhappy with Regions due to fee policies. Due to a garnishment that was issued by mistake, and removed within 30 days, Regions charged me $100 as a "legal fee." This does not have the customer's best interest in mind. I feel like Regions just stole $100 from me. It makes me lose my trust for them. So, I'm actively looking for another bank now. All attempts to resolve this through talking with representatives just resorted in a "company policy" speech from Regions.
Region is not a good bank all they do is try to get in fs3 anyway they can since the new law has passed I'm looking for a new bank because it doesn't make sense to try to charge people $36 an account is current I don't know what they thinking but I work hard for my money and I'm not just going to give $36 away every time they think that they can get away with it
A pending $695 credit card payment went through I did not approve of, causing my account to show negative $402. **************** cannot stop this payment from going through, nor can they tell me how much my account is allowed to overdraft. So the payment just has to sit there while I hope it gets returned. They said if it goes through, I can dispute it. Wow.
