Website is awful. Over three years have rarely gotten a person when calling.Always gave up holding. I now only owe them what I believe is $104.87 but since I can't get anyone on the phone, will set up LAST payment of $106.00 unless they answer my online request. Sent them an online request several months ago and they never replied. I recently had new heater installed and the contractor said they now deal with another company. That was good news.

Regions bank has no understanding on how to retain customers. They are always ready to make customers suffer from their lack of personnel to handle requests and lack systems to manage customer accounts. Never bank with them!!!

We got a loan to do a bathroom remodel. All was good in the beginning. A couple of things to know their website is very basic and simple. You cannot look up your balance all you can do is make a payment. When I called to make a principal payment their reply was we don't take principal payments. They were very rude on the phone when I asked why they couldn't take a principal payment they did not really have a reason, they just said they could not take them. I was like what?
