I closed my account 4 years ago, haven't heard a word from Regions. Then all of a sudden a few weeks ago I start getting collection calls!!! I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING! This is ridiculous. Every rep that calls tries to make excuses as to why it took 4 years for you to say I owe something. STOP HARRASSING ME
Apps never work and no support. Corporations are now allowed to get away with a product that do not work. Customer Service that is not existent. They are actually very rude and arrogant.
May be the wrong place to write this…. Epiphany S handled my problems when I was stranded overseas when no one else would. There is nothing worse than being stranded in a foreign country with no cash and she solved that for me… on a Sunday no less.
