ZERO STARS. Although front line employees are polite the "back room" of Regions is pitiful and negligent in their management of the "Fraud and Security" department. If I could provide the confidential details of my situation I would but it's not a good space for that and protection of personal information. Amazing customer service, Everyone was very professional, The building is clean and orderly and the staff is even better!
Account requires excessive fee amounts. It used to be a good place to bank, but you use your AT.M card too much and they call you out on the table.These people are not wrapped too tight. Customer service needs improvement. If you have 2 checking accounts. You gotta maintain $1500 in the second one. When they tell you from the beginning. That direct deposit covers both accounts. That's The farthest from the truth.
When I opened my business checking account years ago I had no complaints and was beyond satisfied with Regions. Currently not so much, my card is always blocked from the fraud prevention department, I get daily texts asking if I did a certain transaction which I always have to verify, emails which need verification, etc. is being frustrating as an active business owner that travels the country as a truck driver.
