May be the wrong place to write this…. Epiphany S handled my problems when I was stranded overseas when no one else would. There is nothing worse than being stranded in a foreign country with no cash and she solved that for me… on a Sunday no less.
Regions bank has a class action lawsuit against them for not giving black and minority applicants mortgage loans as well as any type of loan that region offers.i have experienced this unjust blatant disrespect and discrimination for myself as i have applied for several loans and been denied not because of my credit or being in debt because i don't have any. ZERO STARS. Although front line employees are polite the "back room" of Regions is pitiful and negligent in their management of the "Fraud and Security" department. If I could provide the confidential details of my situation I would but it's not a good space for that and protection of personal information. Regions blocked my debit card for unknown reasons and nobody at the bank in 9 months of time has the courage to resolve something that if the same occurred at Chase Manhattan bank would be resolved in 5 minutes with one ph... read more
