I was taken aback at how rude Angy was; she was cold, exasperated and acted like it was the biggest chore on the planet to reprint my bank card. Every other experience I've had at Regions locations have been positive. Even across multiple cities and states. Angy's attitude was a big detractor to how I view this branch.
Regions has a great staff of friendly people. I went just the other day and was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service! Ya’ll go check um out. They’re a great bank!!
The teller was very friendly with a smile and warm greeting with respect.
