The teller was very friendly with a smile and warm greeting with respect.
I was taken aback at how rude Angy was; she was cold, exasperated and acted like it was the biggest chore on the planet to reprint my bank card. Every other experience I've had a Regions locations in multiple cities and states have positive. Her attitude was a big detractor to how I view this branch.
Has become too difficult to do business with. Went to Community Bank and was taken very good care of and treated like they want my business. Had a loan approved in a day with them and the paperwork was 75% less than Regions.
Saquoya was the rudest bank teller i’ve experienced. She is the teller i run into the most and always seems frustrated having to be at work and takes it out on people who bank there. Cheer up
