Updating my review. I had a great experience with Tyler from the Forestdale location. I help with the financial side for my grand parents from ny and it can be fustrating. I was so fustrated before speaking with Tyler and he has earned regions an update. He was very sympathetic to my issues and was very helpful that day and followed up with me to make sure my issue was handled efficiently and effectively. omg i would never bank here! its awful super slow snail like service. and dont have Zelle because you will be pushed around and hung up on alot! idk if these people are not trained properly to move efficently or if they just dont want to work or maybe systems is slow. whatever the deal is i only bank through them because i am tied to my grandparents accounts. This would be the LAST bank i would bank at and even then i would hide my money under mattress rather then to deal with the regions circus. someone needs to speed them ... read more
