I have been looking for a more national bank, and decided to call with some questions before doing so. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The man treated me like I was a complete inconvenience, and said he couldn't answer any of my questions. All I asked was how much aonthly fee is for basic checking, what the minimum balance had to remain, and how much was needed to open to be prepared when I came in branch. I have had an account with Regions Paris road branch for quite some time at least fifteen years. I have always had excellent service. If I ever had a problem the employees were ever ready to get it straightened out in an efficient and quality manner.
