Do NOT bank here!! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to try to transfer my money and she completely ignored wanting to help me. She was unprofessional and rude while telling me she had other things to do. This is a horrible bank, 100% worse experience.
All you ATMs in COLUMBIA Mo. are down on a Friday! Very BAD for our banking convenience.
I wouldn’t get a loan from this bank. They have a rookie lender in Jaclyn Henderson. Can’t get it done. Go somewhere else.
