I have been a customer of Regions for so many years and have never had a problem with their services. All of the tellers are professional and so very friendly and helpful. To be greeted by name is especially nice. Of course, after being a customer for years, I would expect that and I am happy to say I get it.
I do not recommend! Went through the atm for a withdrawal, it did not dispense my funds, checked my account only to realize that regions had deducted the funds! Went in, informed the teller of the situation, gave her my ID and bank card, she looked and stated with a rude tone, "There's nothing I can do to help you, the system is down." 🤦♀️ Was told they couldn't file a dispute because the transaction is pending 🤷♀️ Note: VIDEO CAMERAS ARE EVERYWHERE & THEY TELL THE WHOLE STORY! I go to Regions because it's one of the few banks in town where the people are friendly, professional, and good to work with. Any problems I've had have not been because of my branch, but organizational decisions and policies that weren't 100% worked out before implementation. But the people at the Green Meadows branch in Columbia, MO are wonderful to work with so I pay a little more for services because I like working with them.
George went beyond great service to wire money internationally to my parents today. An awesome experience!
