I go to Regions because it's one of the few banks in town where the people are friendly, professional, and good to work with. Any problems I've had have not been because of my branch, but organizational decisions and policies that weren't 100% worked out before implementation. But the people at the Green Meadows branch in Columbia, MO are wonderful to work with so I pay a little more for services because I like working with them.

I do not recommend!! Your financial banking employees has absolutely no right to limit funds especially after they have been confirmed! I explained the issue several times to the Branch Manager & many other employees and was informed that I did not provide efficient information pertaining to the issue at hand! I need to bring to your attention that Tim Birk has acted unprofessionally by mishandling my identification and payment card. This kind of conduct deserves disciplinary action, which may even include the termination of his employment. I urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
