If I could give zero stars I would. The people of this branch aren't helpful. I would not recommend this location
The particular branch of Regions in Ooltewah, TN near Little Debbie Parkway is what this review is pertaining to. Service was extremely slow from the Teller, who was a lady who appeared in her late 60s-70s. She chatted with the person in front of me after that lady's transaction was done for several minutes. Then, she made the people inside the building her priority over me. We always have a good experience here.
I’ve been with Regions since they were Amsouth Bank. I moved from East Brainerd to Ooltewah and was really disappointed in the level of service at this particular branch. Very disorganized. Staff is slightly rude and dismissive. And every time I’ve gone, I’ve had to sit there for what feels like forever. I had a dispute issue and had to go back twice to fax paperwork. They faxed it both times and it was never even received by the fraud department. I finally had to get on the phone with the fraud department and forwarded a re... read more
