We are always satisfied when we access the Ooltewah bank. Brian, who works behind the counter, is always pleasant and makes you feel welcomed. He is our favorite teller.

The tellers are great and courteous
Everyone at this location is so nice. Brian in the drive thru always remembers my kids in the back seat and takes care of whatever banking I need to do- he’s very helpful and it never is a hassle at the window.
