I was there recently, and Ericka Beck was so kind and professional. She helped answer all my questions.
I called this bank about my account amd was hung up on. I called several times answer with no answer but they are open. Worse service
The brainerd branch was awesome . I tried fort Oglethorpe and East ridge and was the worst experience. Brainerd and the staff like dina and Carlos and them did everything could to help me .we are thankful for the brainerd staff.!
