I called this bank about my account amd was hung up on. I called several times answer with no answer but they are open. Worse service
The brainerd branch was awesome . I tried fort Oglethorpe and East ridge and was the worst experience. Brainerd and the staff like dina and Carlos and them did everything could to help me .we are thankful for the brainerd staff.!
I received quick and friendly customer service. I love banking with regions and I have never had an issue.

This particular branch has a habit of hiring barely qualified people. Sat in the teller line for 25 minutes for a simple cash deposit. Should have taken 3 minutes. The teller however wasn't familiar with older series of $100 bills, so he spent his (clearly hourly) time asking for advice and working to be qualified for his job. This all on a Friday afternoon. Lunch hour in fact. Imagine his surprise when he had to handle actual cash at his banking job.
