I visited your branch on either August 27 or 28, 2024, to deposit money into my business account. I was certain that the amount I brought was accurate, but the teller claimed that there was a shortage of $700. I don't understand how someone working at a bank could miscount the money, especially since I double-checked it myself. This situation is frustrating and concerning. Could you please look into this matter?
Update 4/2 Wish we had changed banks sooner. Protect what you work hard for and do not put your money in a regions account their atm cards are getting compromised on the banks end. One of their employees confided in me it is a big problem. On our 3rd card we really thought we were entering the card numbers somewhere on our end getting cards hacked. If you want the convience of ATM service in Chattanooga DO NOT bank with Regions. We run a small business operating second shift. We have to go to an average of THREE Regions ATMS in order to find one capable of taking a deposit. This is several times a week. After a year we are taking our business to a bank that values their customers.
Amy the branch manager is very condescending and rude. Needed help with fraudulent charges and she very evidently didn’t want to explain process or believe what I was saying. Would not recommend anyone go in there
