Omg this feels like a verizon store and there are like 20 people in line. Im glad i dont bank here. They replied and said sorry for the wait... its not the wait its the design of your store. You expect lots of people to come thru. Youve turned it from a personel experience at a bank to take a number and wait in line. This was all your choice , the wait had nothing to do with it. Stopped by Regions Bank in Hixson to get paperwork notarized for nursing school, and I had such a great experience. I was greeted right when I walked in and helped quickly, which I really appreciated. Jessica McGinnis was absolutely amazing. So kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in my journey into nursing. She truly made my day and was just a ray of sunshine. Regions is lucky to have her!
Google is the best
Worst bank for customer service. Ever. Manager can’t keep order but the waiting room. People walking out in disgust. They closed three branches and piled them all into here. Of course neighborhood banking is toast as they push everything online. But they just can’t or won’t setup infrastructure that’s solves problems.
