Very helpful. Fast and friendly. Real pleasure
Don’t even try to deal with them. Their phone lines are always unavailable and you have to pull teeth for something as simple as getting a new debit card.
Their bill pay service is horrible as of late. The system keeps dropping automatic payments scheduled and you think your bills are in the mail and then find out it wasn't done. Regions claims it's a 3rd party vendor therefore they have no control over that. Also they can't keep good help in the branches and therefore you get poor service. Most of the time there is a 15 minute wait when calling the 800 Customer Service number.
Busier than a phone store. Ever since they got rid of the four other branches and they consolidated it down to just this one it has been an unpleasant experience if you have to go inside. Overstimulation. Crowded.
