The staff at Regions is great but the bank itself is just OK. There rates on savings and money market accounts are ridiculously low and they love to charge fees for pretty much everything. Looking for another bank that pays better to hold my money and has much cheaper or no fees.
I have always been greeted with a Friendly person immediatly going in the door. They ask what my business is and send me to the appropriate person to help me. That person has always been able to help me in a timely manner. I feel appreciated when I walk through the door. I have been a customer at Regions as long as Regions has been in Chattanooga.
Hailey is AMAZING! She handled unauthorized charges made on my debit card and got me my money back. Thank You!
