Teller Deposited check to wrong account causing confusion and stress. The account number was written clearly on back of check. I had to go back in once discovered resulting in another 20 minutes inside branch after the 20-30 minutes from the very slow drive through. No apology or admission of their mistake. This review is for Casey V. I had the pleasure of speaking with her the other day about some issues I was having. She was patient, kind, and did not make me feel stupid for not quiet knowing how to access my stuff or move money around. But really what impressed me is she called me a few days later and left me a voicemail about my transfer issues and updated me. Mr. Lopez was very nice and willing to help solve my problem.
I am delighted to be a Regions customer. One day I visited with a friend, she said, everyone here so nice. I told her it's always this way that's why I prefer to come inside. It's like visiting with dear friends. I have never had anyone to be short with me or rude. If I have a problem they are happy to assist me and I appreciate that they know my name.
