I never have to wait very long to be seen. Everyone is polite and friendly, doesn’t seem to matter which branch I stop at, very satisfied with their service.
Mr. Harold from the Highway 58 Regions was such a great help to me. I came into the bank because I’d received a 2nd fraud alert for a new card, and he explained the activity to me and used great problem solving, resulting in printing a new card for me and helping me move forward. He listened to my concerns and provided wonderful assistance. I highly recommend Mr. Harold!
