I’ve never felt more disrespected or dismissed as a customer than I did at Regions Bank. My experience with this institution, particularly at the branch where I opened my account, was nothing short of appalling. After a bad mechanic didn't fix my truck I reported it to my regions cc company. They refunded my money then 2 weeks later reverse the money back to the crooks. This is said with sarcasm thanks for nothing. Now I'm on the hook for 3000 dollars and my truck still isn't fixed. This bank is a joke and they are not on your side. My God have mercy on you
I will return back to this branch and the two gentleman were very helpful and polite. I love they customer service and even when it were closing time they did not stop working on my stuff. They continued to help until we got it resolve.
