I was waiting more than 20 minutes to cash a check and nobody cashed it, there were people there doing I don't know what, I would not recommend this bank
I've always experienced great service at this location.
Slowest drive through banking in Birmingham, and you can't make a deposit at their ATM, ever. I've sat in line 3 times now trying to make a transaction, after 20 minutes still have 2+ cars ahead of me just in my line alone, end up leaving. Never again. I'll go up the street to a branch farther away.
