The Doctors here are some kind of good. On the other hand the receptionist they use is the most unprofessional of a person I’ve ever felt with. Rude and quick tempered before consulting the person you need to talk to. She knows who she is. Need to learn some people skills instead of starting a fight on the telephone.
I had to take my husband to Regional wound care center on November 11th in the rain... He is in a wheelchair. When I arrived in my small Volkswagen Beetle with his wheelchair in the back seat I struggle to get it out I'm a 48 year-old woman. I have physical issues that made it difficult for me. It took me about 5 or 10 minutes to get him from the car into his wheelchair. After struggling for about 5 to 10 minutes I finally got him into the wound center.
