All staff and doctors impressed me with their sense of urgency, but also the compassion shown my sick pup. I highly recommend them.
The staff at RVRC were very caring and compassionate during Cooper's overnight admission. We were thankful he improved overnight and is recovering at home.
Wonderfully caring staff. I was given every option, complete with estimates, to treat my pet. When the news turned grave, I was not given the run around or the hard sell to try things that were not going to work. I was met with honesty and the ball was put in my court with regard to how we wanted to proceed. Very pleased with the staff!
