From the front desk, to the surgeons and physical therapist, everyone here is wonderful. They take the time to answer all your questions, big and small, and truly see your pet's care through to the end--always with the animal's best interests at heart.
On the 4th of July we brought in our very lethargic miniature pinscher. The Dr and staff were able to diagnose him very quickly. Unfortunately our beloved Min Pin, Alvin was too far gone to be saved. The Dr and staff were absolutely amazing and comforting in our time of grief. The Dr explained everything so that not only myself and my husband understood but our 3 young children as well. Outstanding professionals in every sense. Everyone that we interacted with was a caring individual, and I am so grateful for all they did to help my boy. He didn’t make it, but we were there for his last moments, and he went peacefully in a loving and trusting environment. Kudos to Dr. Zimmer and everyone who was there for us and for our Bubba. ❤️
