I love my provider but I am seriously thinking about switching just because of the wait time here. It's over an hour past your appointment time before you even get called back to the room. And when you call to schedule an appointment plan on sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes as well.
My Care Gets A 5 Star rating. The fact that I have to wait an hour or more past my appointment looses stars.
Have been on hold 1he hr and 10 minutes and have spoken to no one.
It is a great place. Sometimes too great as you can't always get in to see your doctor and usually have a 1 hour to hour and a half wait before you get seen.
Dr.Ira Scott Taylor is a great dr.He has been my physician since 2006
