This 5-star review is for Dr. Richard Neese, anesthesiologist. Dr. Neese is the finest example of what a Dr/Patient experience should look like. He was empathetic, listened to my questions (which were many!) and never treated me as just another case. I was thoroughly impressed by him and his professionalism. Medical treatment in America has become so corporate. Dr. Neese is bucking that trend! Well done, Sir.
Brought brother for EGD. Have been here 2 and half hours. He went back hour and half ago. Still listed as pre-procedure. No human here to answer questions. Told not to leave the room. Am diabetic and need to get my food from car. Pitiful service
