I had 2 test done at this lab two weeks apart. I kept checking with my Dr. to see if they had received my test results. After a month I called my Dr's office again and they told me that the 1st test was never processed and the second test was processed but my Dr's office never got the results from this lab, which was 2 1/2 weeks after I took the second test. Mind you, my Dr's office bears some responsibilty for not following up to see why they hadn't received my tests back, but clearly the lab was irresponsible for not proce... read more
My wife had some lab work done here and paid the doctor in advance for the tests. Months later when we got a bill we told them that we had paid the doctor for the services. I was told they never received payment. I gave them info to contact the doctor. Called back and then was told that is not their job and that we owe them the money. Called the doctor they said to have RML to give them a call and I told them if only it could be that easy. Because of changes with the doctor staff I am having to still deal with this issue.
