I was early. (Car issues) I let them know when I arrived and they let me come in and wait inside. (So very much appreciated!) I did not have to wait long and was out before my scheduled time. No one made me feel bad or like a burden. Everyone was very pleasant to me and the tech answered all of my concerns before I even had a chance to ask any questions.
