Unprofessional is and understament! I had an 1:00PM appointment, I received a text message stating to arrive 30 minutes to fill out the new patient paperwork, so I did. I arrived at 12:30 on the dot. There was no one at the front desk, but I stll signed in and filled out the covid form. By then at least 10 minutes had past. After another 10 minutes passed by, I started asking if anyone was there.
