This place is disgusting diagnose my brother with sepsis had him on strong pain meds turns out a week later in their hospital it's only Salmonella. Top of off the room had some sort of slim the doctors and nurses were rude except for two nurses who were so sweet. Disgusting place don't come here !!!
Fractured my ankle last week. The ER staff were very kind. I was seen immediately. X-Rayed, put in a splint and out of there in about a couple hours. They gave me a referral to an orthopedic doctor. I then later found out that I had insurance for emergency visits only. I came back for a follow up yesterday and they checked out my ankle and helped me find a place I could go that took the type of insurance I had. San Jose medical center is one of the worst hospitals ever when you have someone out of ICU and you're trying to see them after 9 PM a police in the emergency exit hassle people even if your loved one is there I explain to them I left for a couple hours to bring my wise friend to a motel not to be back in with my son if something were to happen seriously to my son I would've felt very bad and angry all theyhad to do is walk back there with the security guy to knowI was telling the truth they said if my son was in ICU still I... read more
I was a little nervous about the health care in a different state, I am from Michigan, my daughter was seriously injured in a mountain bike accident while visiting this awesome state, she was very close to not coming home.... so as a good parent does, I jumped on a plane and flew out to make sure that she had the best of care. We were greeted in the ICU by an incredible nurse named Kristie, who took excellent care of us. Moved up to a trauma unit under observation by another team of excellent nurses.
