Horrible hospital!! No empathy for the patients, the nurses gather in the hallway and talk about insignificant things such as their political views and white privileged patients, they let their patients lay in pain and cause bedsores, when you call to check up on patients, they’re very unprofessional and will literally just hang up on you. Please, I beg you, don’t send anyone you love here!
horrible patient care. NO COMMUNICATION. Nurses hang up on you. Bed Sores. Only time I found any information out was from Me calling!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!!
The ineptitude is astounding. I’ve been told tests were run and the results were negative when the test had not even been performed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I My disabled son was brought in with a seizure. He was way over sedated in the ER and it’s taken twice as long to have him discharged as it should be taking.
The place is a dump. Much worse then valley Med. To top it off there is mold all over that place that management knows about but will not take care of. Place is really unsafe.
This is the WORST hospital you could admit an elderly relative to. What an utterly DESPICABLE and HORRENDOUS lack of empathy and education these people have--ignoring and not responding to the patient in pain, and trying to cover up and hide heavily bruised open wounds on his arms with a mere blanket. Because of this, the entire family has suffered. If you were going to hire nurses that don't meet the minimum requirements and have them care for patients then you might as well not operate at all. Disgusting. 🤬
RecommendedDoctor R. Trigg McClellan is awesome and has been great during my recovery. The front desk on the 5th floor has also been great during this time! Stay Safe All!!
Have a friend her grandfather was mistreated and came out in pain and with bruised up hands and arms and crying of pain. They ate HORRIBLEEE
