3 hours to get an er room for an 85 year Old lady who had a potential broken hip. 12 total hours to diagnose a few pulled muscles and no broken bones. Totally disgustingly slow patient care. The staff are friendly, the doctors seem competent but everything takes way too long to do. 12 hours of Covid-19 exposure for even a healthy individual is unacceptable, it borders on nearly gross negligence for an 85 year old to suffer that

This is the worst place to come!! No chair to sit on when you are in the room with your loved one to lift seat peed on and everything is just dirty
