We placed an urgent call today, for a freezer that had stopped working, and we were told a technician would be here during the day. I called at 5PM to find out about it, and then a technician called me back and quite rudely told me 'we will get there when we get there' and made very clear that since it was past 5PM now it would be time and a half.
