This is the WORST place to buy a home. They lied to us from the beginning, assuring us the home would be ready within 8 weeks. We started the process on July 18th and our home was not delivered until the week before Thanksgiving. Every time we talked to them, they would give excuses and delays. The actual delivery was a joke. They were supposed to deliver Friday into Saturday and after scheduling the day off work and waiting, we were told late Friday morning they wouldn't deliver until Saturday. The manufacturer who built your home expected your home would be ready in 8 weeks after the financing process was completed, which was the information I passed on to you. With the pandemic that is currently going on, all manufacturing facilities are short handed, running out of materials but continuing to build quality homes despite some delays.
