Scott did such a fantastic job at not only inspecting the home, but also giving my fiancée and I a detailed analysis and education of what he was doing and what he knew. Scott was extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything related to home craftsmanship. I will certainly be reaching out to Scott again in the future.
Scott was amazing and very thorough in the inspection of our potential dream home. He kept us informed and explained everything as he went through the house. AND he's funny and kept it light during the inspection. We explain to everyone that our inspector kept joking, "I love your house. I hate your roof." Scott even went above and beyond to inspect a 30+ year old roof by going up on a ladder, in the freezing cold and windy day, from the deck on the first floor.
