Scott was amazing and very thorough in the inspection of our potential dream home. He kept us informed and explained everything as he went through the house. AND he's funny and kept it light during the inspection. We explain to everyone that our inspector kept joking, "I love your house. I hate your roof." Scott even went above and beyond to inspect a 30+ year old roof by going up on a ladder, in the freezing cold and windy day, from the deck on the first floor.
