They have been hard for my children to deal with. Can’t get them to make the repairs after the home was moved. I have never seen such poor service in my life. They waited or so they thought until the 30 days had lapsed about the punch list. As an attorney I have to deal with this on a rare basis. I expect them to live up to the contract.

I currently have no photo but wanted to share this review real quick.. we are very pleased with Regional Home Center! Ryan and Jonathan are great people to work with and went above and beyond to help us! We told them what we wanted and they delivered our home in 8 weeks from the day we picked it out!! We have been in our home for over a year now and the sheet rock still has cracks, our tiled shower is laid crooked and we have several pieces of trim that aren’t done properly. I could really go on and on about how much was left undone.We would have been better off to save the money on the upgrade to floated Sheetrock and should have just gotten plain trailer walls. I am so disappointed that we are stuck paying for a home that is half done and will never be done.
I have never been a homeowner before but Caleb was extremely helpful and super nice with answering all my questions. I highly recommend them for your new home needs. So happy to be a new homeowner of one their mobile homes.
