I want to thank Paula for meeting with me on very short notice to supply me with a replacement mask. Paula made my urgent need a priority. She was friendly and thorough, as she walked me through the process of acclimating to the new mask. She has clearly mastered the art of quality customer service.
Suggested I change to regional health care by my new sleep MD. What a mess. First, they told my MD I had to send a sent study for medicare requirements. I never said I had medicare. I had entered by federal blue cross already into there system. I called, they found the FBC/BS numbers after I stated it was in the system and told me no problem, it was sent to be processed. I finally received my replacement CPAP machine after several months. My representative, Joshua from the Randolph Office was a great help. He showed my wife and I all the details of the new machine and suggested I start an APP on my I phone to keep track of my sleeping,etc. Joshua listens to your concerns and is an asset to your Company.
It is a real theft in the collections. They are constantly sending new and unknown charges to the patient. My experience has been terribly bad with them. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are abusive and highly stressful with their charges.
They will robo-call telemarket you heavily, and ignore your request to stop the calls. I was getting about two robotic calls each week, they were trying to sell me supplies for my C-Pap machine (hoses, masks, filters, etc.). I called them several times asking them to stop the calls. They said they put me on their "Do Not Call' list; this did no good whatsoever. I had to block their number. I feel it is important to have good communications with a medical device provider.
