This company doesn't even deserve a rating they were supposed to show up to set up a cpap machine for me they never showed up so i had to find another company. like many company's now adays these people are irresponsible and i don't think should be in business Â

Peter B I received a new style mask that did not feel right. I went to Scales Lane and met a gentleman who said I needed a appointment but he could help me right now. Showed me what was wrong and check out my machine. The way I was treated was great and I thank you Â
I want to thank Paula for meeting with me on very short notice to supply me with a replacement mask. Paula made my urgent need a priority. She was friendly and thorough, as she walked me through the process of acclimating to the new mask. She has clearly mastered the art of quality customer service. Â
Suggested I change to regional health care by my new sleep MD. What a mess. First, they told my MD I had to send a sent study for medicare requirements. I never said I had medicare. I had entered by federal blue cross already into there system. I called, they found the FBC/BS numbers after I stated it was in the system and told me no problem, it was sent to be processed. I called FBCBS who stated they are not requiring copies of the studies nor new studies. My MD was still getting a different answer. I called, ... read more
I finally received my replacement CPAP machine after several months. My representative, Joshua from the Randolph Office was a great help. He showed my wife and I all the details of the new machine and suggested I start an APP on my I phone to keep track of my sleeping,etc. Joshua listens to your concerns and is an asset to your Company. Â
It is a real theft in the collections. They are constantly sending new and unknown charges to the patient. My experience has been terribly bad with them. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are abusive and highly stressful with their charges.Â
