OUTSTANDING service, amazing expertise, and perfect installation. Mike installed a hospital-grade inline air filtration system with UV and did so with expert precision in a tight space. Furthermore, as a 25-year hospital executive I have installed similar systems in all my homes and Regional cost half of what I am used to spending. I will be recommending to all our patients. Clean air is second only to clean water for our health and well-being.
Horrible company! This company installed a humidifier with a saddle valve which is prohibited in Colorado by drilling a small hole in my new water heater. This “faulty” valve caused a leak in my basement that caused thousands of dollars of damage. Angela told me I shouldn’t be storing things in the HVAC/storage room! The owner Mike said he would send his plumber to install the correct valve to resolve the issue which I happily accepted. Then, he back tracked and refused to send the plumber. Steven did some work on my HVAC recently. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. He explained what he cleaned and what he replaced and why he did so. I will use this company again and I hope to get Steven again.
Robert and his other assistance have been very through regarding cleaning the blower and AC filters in the HVAC/AC unit in our new build home. I would recommend Regional Heating & Air Conditioning for all installs and service needs for the CARRIER system. Thank you, Jackie
