While the staff is wonderful, they’re not the most helpful. Because of miscommunication I am getting billed over $24000….
DO NOT GO HERE. I checked with the facility and my Insurer that my procedures would be covered. Six months later, I am suddenly receiving surprise bills for $1000s. Half of my procedure was billed as In-Network, half is being billed as 'Out-of-Network'. Dealing with their Accounts departments is a depressing, soul-sucking, miserable, nightmare; that's creating more health problems, than solving. The Doctors are fine. Maybe your experience will be better. But I would not wish this billing mess on anyone, so why take the risk.
