Went in dealt with william henry, he was so rude and stuck up like he was better then everyone. I left cause i didn’t like how he treated me. Went to the bessemer location and was treated like i should have been treated at this location. Emailed corporate and filed a complaint. He shouldn’t be in the customer oriented position if he going to treat his customers badly.
There are very nice to you and customer service 10/10 recommend for any loans!!
