Sent to collections without ever being notified. When I finally found their number (had to go through the operator who finally found the number for me) I called them and they didnt even have my account! I had to play phone tag with the debt company, my insurance, the ER, and this company. Unprofessional, they really need to update their billing. They never even tried to submit with my insurance or contact me about my outstanding balance.
Never received a bill yet have a $1300 bill in collections and can’t get ahold of anyone to review it or see what it is even for.
Total scam. They like to send you to collections without ever notifying you that you owe anything. I have never missed a payment in my life, 786 credit score, and I look at my report today to find out I have a fictitious, year and a half old $1800 debt from these fraudsters that was sent to collections. NO IDEA WHERE THIS CAME FROM! Casually viewing my credit report today is the first time I have ever seen this debt. I'm in my 30s in perfect health and never even use the hospital!
