In addition to the abrupt loss of continuity of care, the agency failed to provide necessary documentation to support my disability case. When I disclosed depression, responses framed it as a matter of effort rather than illness. This reflects ableist practice that places the burden on disabled clients instead of providing appropriate support.
They told me I was on drugs and that they couldn't help me. What kind of place does that.... don't go here.
