They close at 5pm I called 15mins before they close ik it's last min but I'm still on hold with 1 person ahead of me but I was up there and gave copy or my insurance information, name, and number on the 16th was told I would get a call back because the lady wasn't in for being able to answer my questions, called back hours later still couldn't get ahold of her called few days later and asked to let her know to call me, called again same outcome, calling again today and nobody is answering still on hold for 30mins
