Region is a family business - they have integrity and will treat you right. We had another HVAC company come out to service our A/C unit and they told us it was a bad condenser and we needed to replace the whole central air system. Region showed up after hours and took the extra step to test the condenser and found some bad wires and got us up and running again! Saved us a lot of money and got our AC working just in time for the heatwave. REGION ROCKS!

Never used Region until my 92yr old father in law's central air went down. Thought for sure the compressor was shot. Called Region first thing in the morning, left my wife there while I went to work and ......THEY WERE THERE IN AN HOUR! The problem wound up being the starter cap! Piece of cake! I guess my point is.... THEY WERE HONEST. They could have easily told us.... "You're going to need a new compressor" to the tune of big $$$. They didn't. Honesty....that's all people want and that's what I got from Region Service. I w... read more
