Contacted Regional Home Buyers to help my father-in-law get out from under one of his houses due to previous renters screwing him over. I meet with Adrian and walked the property he gave us a reasonable offer but unfortunately it just wasn't quite enough, but he had another option they have a realtor they work with on some properties like his. They bought a home that had an enormous amount of work to be done to make it saleable. They made the process of selling the home very easy. One must read every page of the closing documents before signature to ensure there are no errors. The ONLY obstacle was getting a Notary Public to sign the documents that required signature before a notary. The notaries at the bank and run of the mill notaries won't sign real estate documents. VERY ANNOYING!!!
I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable and helpful. fast, honest businessmen who got it all handled in under two weeks. awesome job! Thank you Adrian & Justin!
