I thought it was closed it was dark on the outside. This was the worst pizza I have had. It was gooey for some reason asked her not to warm up . She did any way the bag was full of grease. And my cheese was like rubber. There was no taste. The service was terrible. The glass was smashed in two places nothing covering it. it was dirty can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. I ordered a good to go and only paid five dollers thank goodness wouldn’t pay more for this.

Horrible customer service call this place at 10.40 and the cashier(score) refused to take the order saying it too late and they close at 11. If you are only open till 10.30 the change your hours.

I was very disappointed on the taste. The cheese was old and killed the flavour of the entire pizza. Never again. Shame on them trying to pass as an Italian pizza parlour and priding themselves of only having FRESH ingredients.

I spent over $40 on an XL and medium pizza, and both arrived completely undercooked — the dough was raw. When I called to report the issue, the girl/cashier was dismissive and claimed they 'always' cook their pizzas properly. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I couldn’t — instead, she told me she will contact the manager and would "call me back". They refused to offer a refund and said they could only exchange the pizzas if no slices were missing — which makes no sense, because you have to open the box and try it ... read more
