I was very disappointed on the taste. The cheese was old and killed the flavour of the entire pizza. Never again. Shame on them trying to pass as an Italian pizza parlour and priding themselves of only having FRESH ingredients.

I spent over $40 on an XL and medium pizza, and both arrived completely undercooked — the dough was raw. When I called to report the issue, the girl/cashier was dismissive and claimed they 'always' cook their pizzas properly. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I couldn’t — instead, she told me she will contact the manager and would "call me back". They refused to offer a refund and said they could only exchange the pizzas if no slices were missing — which makes no sense, because you have to open the box and try it ... read more

I ordered an extra large pizza with HALAL PEPPERONI and halal chicken. The pizza arrived and the moment I opened the box, I could smell the stench of pork. I got my buddy to try a slice and he confirmed it’s pork. I called the store to let them know that they made a mistake thinking they’ll send me a new pizza. Instead the lady working there tells me they only have 1 type of pepperoni so it MUST be halal. I ask her if it’s beef or pork and she goes silent.
