Simplicity at its best. For some reason, this pizza tastes different than other chains. Dough is light and crispy (not doughy), the sauce is sweet and pleasant, and it’s always cooked to perfection with just a little bit of char on top. It also makes me feel a lot less bloated than anywhere else. Amazing!
The pizza is so yummy! The staff is very friendly. The price is so reasonable.
I ordered takeout only. After I arrived home I realized the pizza tasted awful. Upon close examination, the dough is still raw. I ordered the pizzas with thin crust and whole wheat. Both pizzas have uncooked dough . My guess is the dough was frozen when processed, and when the same cooking time was applied the dough was not cooked. I ordered the food at 520pm and picked up the food just before 6pm. So I would think the dough should be at its freshest during dinner hours. This is my assessment.
