I recently used Regina's Maids to do a move out cleaning for my apartment. Their service was excellent and helped save me a lot of time during the move. The cost and time for the cleaning was just what they quoted prior to the job.

My experience with Regina's Maids made me want to call the Better Business Bureau. Yes, it was that bad. Don't use them. When I called them to book the job and explained what I wanted done they told me it would be done in the allotted time. When it wasn't they told me I would have to pay for another hour. They didn't prioritize the job and left with it half done. When I called the office to complain they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then offered to come back the next day to do a 'touch up'. We had a terrible experience with Regina's Maids. Don't use them. They are expensive and they tell you one thing on the phone - that the job will be finished in a certain amount of time. But then they take FOREVER cleaning a small portion of your place only to then tell you they need more time to finish the job which will cost more money. My experiece with Regina cleaning service was somewhat upsetting. the maids didnt understand english and one of the maid took one hour in my bathroom which is small. they took there time which made me think they wanted more time for more money. if you are in a small bathroom like mines, thirty mins. should be enough time. move on to the next area, the maid in the kitche i can say done a perfevct job which require an hour. please retrain your maids when it comes to time, so that we can feel like we are paying for what you hav... read more

I was very pleased with using Regina's Maids. The girls were very nice and followed very deatiled instructions. They took their time in cleaning my place and I loved how they did their work. I have recently scheduled montly services and I am going to recommend Regina's Maids to other people that I know. Don't always believe what you read, they did an aswesome job in my place!
