Regina's Bay Bakery is Great I love Bay Bakery!! I order from them for every birthday and have never had a problem. I just ordered a cake for tomorrow..and although it was last minute..they were very kind and accommodating. Their cakes, donuts, cookies and service is great!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for bakery!!
Regina's Bay Bakery is very, very good!!! Wow, really surprised by the bad reviews. In the last 6 months I have twice ordered large layer cakes.(4 layers with 3 different fillings). Besides being decorated beautifully, the cake itself was delicious. Everyone raved. Made us realize how easy it is to forget how good a true bakery cake can be as opposed to the grocery store variety we have all become accustomed to (YUK). Don't bother! I am in a position to recommend new business to Regina's Bay Bakery, but never will.
Never Again! I ordered a Mad Hatter cake at Bay Bakery for my husband's birthday. The service in the beginning was fantastic! When I got my cake, it wasn't a mad hatter. It was a basic tiered cake. Mad Hatters cost significantly more than regular cakes and since it wasn't what I asked for, I asked for them to refund me what was owed. (not the full amount, but the difference from a regular cake and a mad hatter) From there, the service went downhill.
