Excellent staff
The ABSOLUTE WORST doctor I’ve ever experienced!!! Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there! No empathy, Doesn’t even give you a chance to talk. Please, if you value your health seek another physician!!!!!!!
they didn't take the time to answer my questions, she told me to Google it . I left with really no information. The nurse also seemed like she had no experience with taking blood. They had to double stick my son everytime . They stuck his finger twice, they also gave him 3 shots , an attempted to take blood but while the needle was already in she could not find his vein . She asked to repeat the process i told her no .
I have 3 kids. Twin 2 yr old girls and 11yr old son. My aunt told me about Dr. Pilcher office. Her two daughters went there but are over the age of 21 now. I am so thankful for them. Anytime my kids have needed to be seen they find a way to make sure they are seen that day if it's an important appointment if not like the next day. The staff and all the Drs. are amazing there. The inside of the office is very nice as well. My kids will be going here until the age that they change over to a regular primary dr. I have never had... read more
